Instructions to sign up for meet/support jobs:

• Login to SwimTopia
• Go to the Meets and Events tab
• Go to Meets and Events Calendar
• Scroll to the meet you want to sign up for or the support jobs (support jobs are on the calendar for April 29 Jobs Sign-Up)
• Click on the green “JOB SIGNUP” button
• Select the job you would like to volunteer for
• Hit the “Save assignments” button
• Move on to the next meet or support job until you have fulfilled the required points.

Tips: Roll your mouse over the “i” next to each job name to view a description of that job. Roll your mouse over the numbers in the Filled column to see who has already signed up for that job.

Each family can only work as RELIEF TIMER once per season.

Look carefully at the times for each job! Some jobs are two shifts and that is why they are listed twice.

To sign two people up for the same job at the same meet, (for example, timer) the other person has to be named on the account. If not, you will seemingly have to contact Mary Swenson (still working out the kinks, not sure how this works if both people aren’t on the account with their own email address).

Each family can work a maximum of two jobs per meet. Some of the jobs work the entire meet so they would need two adults. But others are only half of the meet and one person can do a first shift and a second shift.

All 8 & under families should sign up for at least one shepherding job (preferably more).

To track how many points you have signed up for: Go to where is says "Welcome + your name," then "My Account" and the total number you have signed up for is at the bottom of the page.
