The Forest Hills Swim Team is a recreational swim team providing competitive, fun programs for swimmers of all levels and age groups. We are committed to good sportsmanship and team spirit.

We offer a safe, family friendly environment that encourages participation from swimmers as well as their families. Our swimmers continually develop and improve their swimming abilities and life skills, year after year through peer to peer activities, positive coaching and mentorship programs.
