About FHST

The Forest Hills Swim Team is a summer recreation swim team focused on developing swimmers of all levels. We have been offering a summer of fun and competition to swimmers from the ages of 4 -18 since 1964. We are committed to providing quality coaching while making it a fun experience for both the recreational and competitive swimmer. Our goal is to make this an enjoyable experience for the entire family.
